How do I add memories after it arrives?+
Sign in at memoura.com using the phone number you used at checkout — no new account needed. Once you're in, you can add photos, voice recordings, and captions anytime. We recommend downloading the Memoura app for the best experience.
Does the receiver need an app?+
No download required — the memories open instantly in their browser when they tap the piece. For the best experience, we recommend the free Memoura app: it actively scans for the piece (no awkward hovering), and feels much more polished than a browser. But it's completely optional.
What phones are compatible?+
Memoura works with iPhone 7 and later, and most Android phones from 2016 onward. If your phone supports contactless payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay), it will work with Memoura.
What if the piece stops working?+
