How do I set up my Memoura piece?
Download the Memoura app and sign in with the phone number you used when purchasing. Your piece will appear in your account automatically. From there you can upload a photo, record a voice message, and add a caption.
How does the recipient view the memory?
They hold their phone near the pendant — no app required. It opens instantly in their browser and shows the photo and plays the voice recording.
Can I update the memory after giving the piece away?
Yes. Open the Memoura app at any time and upload a new photo or voice recording. The next time the recipient taps the piece, they'll see the updated memory.
What is a Private memory?
When you mark a memory as Private, the recipient must verify their phone number via a one-time code before the memory is revealed. You can optionally restrict access to a specific phone number so only that person can view it.
I forgot the phone number I used to purchase. What do I do?
Email us at support@memoura.com with your order details and we'll help you recover your account.
The pendant isn't being detected by my phone. What should I do?
Make sure NFC is enabled on your phone (Settings → NFC or Connected Devices). Hold the phone flat and steady against the center of the pendant for 1–2 seconds. If it still doesn't work, contact us and we'll send a replacement.
How do I delete my account or data?
Email support@memoura.com with the subject line "Delete my account" from the email or phone number associated with your account. We'll permanently delete your data within 30 days.
